(There are many more websites that provide the same information) 

1. Enter your address, city, state, and zip code (it’s important to provide your exact address because some zipcodes contain multiple districts.)

2. The websites will give you a list of people running in the upcoming election

   (sometimes these lists aren’t complete until right before the election)

3. Go on to any of these candidates websites and search for the term “refugee”

4. Many things might come up:

   • Statements

   • Articles

   • Policies

5. You can read any of these things to get a sense of the person’s stance on refugees

   (Often there are statements opposing or supporting a specific policy, which can be really helpful to read)

6. Make sure to show up on election day and vote for pro-refugee candidates!
